Document management

The part of our software available through our customer portal is responsible for filing. Here, for each type of receipt, it is possible - even before the receipts are posted - to view them, create new documents, upload invoice images, and provide additional information that is necessary for proper accounting of the invoices (e.g. cost centers, tangible asset information, etc.). The documents uploaded here appear immediately in our accounting system, which enables fast communication, thus ensuring that the accounting is up to date. Furthermore, documents that have already been uploaded will be accessible at any time in the future.
